Personalised chocolate labels that includes birthday facts!
There are 10 labels in 1 pack - 5 of each design

Please measure the existing labels on the chocolate - remove the label and lay it flat and measure the height and the width in cm's. Supply the information in the measurement boxes above.

How to apply the label:
Remove the double sided tape on the side of the label - wrap the label around the chocolate bar and stick the ends together.
